Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Super Poot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Super Poot is a free, browser-based clicker game. You click a poop emoji, hear funny sounds, and contribute to a global poot counter. Accounts are optional and allow you to save your progress and unlock additional characters.

User Accounts

• Account creation is optional. The game can be played without signing in.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
• Accounts are authenticated via magic-link email — no passwords are stored.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to artificially inflate poot counts.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the Service for unauthorized purposes.
• Use the Service for any unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, characters, sounds, and code comprising Super Poot are owned by Michael Babcock and are protected by copyright law. © 2025 Michael Babcock. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service's assets without explicit written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super Poot and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the "Delete my data" option in the sidebar.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
